Privacy Policy

We're LuzyTech — the company behind Jon-the-interviewer, Teamlet, and Billflow. This page explains what we collect when you use our products, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. We believe privacy should be straightforward, so we've written this in plain language.
What we collect
Depending on which product you use, we may collect:
- Account info — your name, email address, and role when you sign up
- Workspace data — data your team creates within the platform (e.g. attendance records, invoices, interview sessions)
- Usage data — how you interact with the app, primarily for fixing bugs and improving reliability
- Payment info — subscription status and the last four digits of your card (we never see or store full card details)
We don't collect anything we don't need to operate the platform.
Why we collect it
Everything we collect is used to make our products work for you. Attendance data powers the attendance module. Invoice data powers Billflow. Interview session data powers Jon-the-interviewer.
We don't build user profiles for advertising. We don't sell your data. That is simply not our business model.
How we store it
Your data is stored on:
- Our PostgreSQL database — encrypted at rest on secure cloud infrastructure
- Cloudflare R2 — for files and attachments you upload through our platforms
We access your data only to operate the platform or when you ask us to.
Payment data
We use Razorpay to process all payments across our products. When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment card details are entered directly on Razorpay's secure payment page and are never seen or stored on our servers. We only receive a subscription confirmation and the last four digits of your card for your records.

Who we share data with
We share your data with the services below — and only to the extent they need it to do their job:

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct any information that's inaccurate
- Delete your account and associated data

Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies. No ad cookies. When you log out, the cookie is cleared.
Children
Our products are designed for workplace use. You must be 18 or older to use them. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make a significant change — such as collecting a new type of data — we'll notify account owners before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications may be made without a separate notice.
