Terms of Service

LuzyTech products are built for businesses and organisations. To use them, you need to be:

• 18 years or older
• Using the product on behalf of a registered organisation, not for personal use

If you're the person setting up the account, you become the account owner and are responsible for how your team uses the platform.

As the account owner, you own your workspace's data. We're just the platform it runs on. Your employees' personal profile data belongs to them individually.

When you cancel your subscription, your workspace data stays available for 30 days. After that, we permanently delete it. If you'd like an export before that window closes, just email us.

Please don't:

• Use our products for anything illegal
• Scrape or mass-export data using bots or automated scripts
• Try to access other accounts or workspaces you don't belong to
• Impersonate other users or organisations
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Resell access to our products without our written permission

If we discover any of the above, we'll suspend the account — without prior notice if the issue is serious.

We work hard to keep our products running reliably. But we can't guarantee perfect uptime. We're not liable for lost productivity if a service goes down temporarily.

We also can't be responsible for data you accidentally delete or overwrite. Please back up anything critical.

Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the issue.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. The price shown at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

All payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — they are entered directly on Razorpay's secure payment page.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. No lock-in periods. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. After 30 days past the end of your subscription, your data is permanently deleted.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to warn you first unless the situation demands immediate action.

If we update these terms in a meaningful way, we'll notify account owners before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the product after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
