Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when you pay for any LuzyTech product. If it doesn't work out, getting a refund should be simple and painless.
Not happy? Email us within 7 days of your payment and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no back-and-forth.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@luzytech.ai with:
- Subject: Refund Request
- The product name (Jon-the-interviewer / Teamlet / Billflow)
- Your account email or workspace name
- The date you were charged
That's it. We'll confirm and process the refund from there.
What counts as the purchase date?
The 7-day window starts on the date your payment was processed — not the date you created your account or started a free trial. You can check your charge date in your account's billing settings. The window applies regardless of how much of the service was used during that period.
How long does it take?
Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of your request. The money goes back to the original payment method used at checkout. Since payments are processed through Razorpay, the final credit timeline depends on your bank or card issuer — typically 5–7 business days.
After 7 days
We're unable to offer refunds after the 7-day window closes. However, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, at which point your account transitions to the free plan or is closed.
Free plans
All LuzyTech products offer a free tier. There's nothing to refund on a free plan.
